Investment Analysis
Definition
This is the act of analyzing an investment in order to determine if it is a reasonably good investment at its current price or if it is a poor one. If it is good, then set a target price, purchase the asset and wait until it reaches that price and sell. Then repeat with other securities. If it is a bad proposition, then you can short the position to make a profit when the market falls.
