This is the department that handles investment reporting and accounting matters for an asset management firm.

Pay Special Attention To :
Fund Administration is not an overly interesting area of due diligence when investigating an investment; however, many firms that have problems often have issues in compliance and fund administration. If you see problems there, there are likely problems elsewhere.
